STEP 2: ASSESS

PepsiCo, offers various options for two-way communication during the hiring process.

They may initiate dialogue with you via telephone or video interview. Depending on the role, location and timeliness, you may then be invited for additional virtual or in-person interviews. Due to COVID-19, however, most interviews will take place virtually to ensure the safety and convenience of candidates and associates.
